📋 Description

• Lead hands-on recruiting for go-to-market and technical roles in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify passive candidates via market research, outreach, and headhunting.
• Develop long-term talent networks aligning people, skills, and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure a positive candidate experience and strategic workforce support.
• Leverage AI, data, and technology to modernize sourcing and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional recruitment experience in SaaS/tech, GG-to-market and tech roles.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter to engage passive candidates.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and manage expectations.
• Excellent candidate relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with compensation evaluation/negotiation; international recruiting a plus.
