📋 Description

• Own full-cycle hiring for sales and software/tech roles
• Partner with hiring managers and VP of People
• Build pipelines before roles open and close candidates
• Keep ATS current and provide clear candidate status
• Represent Expert Institute to candidates with professionalism
• Coordinate interviews and manage time-to-fill metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years full-cycle recruiting experience
• Track record closing for specialized/technical roles
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, Boolean search, AI tools
• Experience with an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred)
• Excellent communication across levels; multi-role juggling
• Ability to manage multiple open roles with attention to detail
