3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies
Proven success hiring Enterprise Technical Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Passion for DEI and data-driven recruiting
Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter
