• Direct sourcing and headhunting for Compliance Ops/GBS; own requisitions end-to-end
• Proactive, goal-driven; manage multiple demands across teams/projects
• Strong analytics to evaluate hiring metrics; improve candidate experience and pipeline quality
• English and business-level Mandarin
• Teamwork, stakeholder management, influencing in multicultural setting
