📋 Description

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define requirements and hiring priorities.
• Advise on market trends, comp considerations, and talent pools.
• Build pipelines for niche, specialized roles in Sales, Marketing, Research.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and other channels.
• Act as primary contact, ensure timely feedback and positive experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing full lifecycle independently.
• Expertise in talent sourcing, interviewing, and closing across functions.
• Strong in selling, engaging, and partnering with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to source via LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Autonomous, organized, and adept at working across time zones.
