Talent Acquisition Partner, Finance

📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Finance and other SG&A positions, including intake
• Partner with Finance leaders to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, calibrate
• Build creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray searches
• Assess Finance and Accounting candidates for technical expertise, business judgment, communication
• Deliver a fast, transparent, and engaging candidate experience while representing the employer
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and other metrics to advise on talent

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting Finance and/or
• Demonstrated success hiring Accountants, Controllers, Finance Managers, or similar Finance roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise, including advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques and engaging passive
• Ability to understand Finance hiring requirements and credibly partner with Finance leaders to
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a track record of positive
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and high-volume pipelines in a fast-paced, high-growth
