📋 Description

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for clinical, operational, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and more.
• Review applications and conduct phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across healthcare, operations, or corporate roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or similar.
• Experience with an ATS and managing recruiting workflows.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail.
