Talent Acquisition - Recruiter (Contractual)

📋 Description

• Full-cycle recruitment for non-tech roles across Finance, Legal, Operations, and more
• Advise hiring managers on strategy, market insights, and best practices
• Build talent pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
• Evaluate, interview, and present high-caliber candidates with feedback loops
• Collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate demand and pipeline needs
• Lead innovative sourcing approaches to improve efficiency and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of non-tech recruitment experience (financial services preferred)
• Strong understanding of finance, controls, operations, and business support roles
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable with senior candidates
• Experience with direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement
• Proficiency in using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and managing offers
