🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment
• B2+ English level
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment databases
• MS Office proficiency
• Experience with candidate screening and phone interviews
• Knowledge of employment laws and ethical recruitment practices
