• Screen candidates for quotas, pipeline velocity, and drive.
• Build and maintain a diverse, ready-to-hire pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sourcing or recruitment for sales roles in India.
• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and major Indian job portals.
• Experience with sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo) or CRMs.
• Sales literacy: quotas, conversion, pipeline velocity.
• Excellent written and verbal English; ability to sell the role.
• ATS familiarity with modern systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
