• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, timelines, and
• Lead complex searches using advanced sourcing methods and talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current openings and future needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting, including professional, specialized, and leadership
• Experience managing multiple requisitions balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Experience partnering with managers to develop recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
