📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and business consulting roles across India and global
• Develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies for Data, AI, Engineering, and Consulting roles
• Leverage SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and university channels to build
• Screen candidates, coordinate assessments and hiring team interviews
• Maintain candidate pipelines, notes, and reporting for visibility and decisions
• Build a curated talent community and provide market insights on compensation trends and competition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency and in-house)
• Proven success hiring for technical roles (Data, AI, Engineering) and consulting talent
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and recruitment analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority management
