📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles.
• Design multi-channel sourcing strategies using portals, social media, referrals, and direct
• Lead diversity hiring initiatives and bias-aware processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage and reinforce Nearform's employer brand.
• Collaborate with Talent team to shape processes and improve hiring function.
• Manage offers and closing conversations to achieve strong acceptance rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and multi-channel sourcing.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills.
• Knowledge of Greenhouse or similar ATS and pipeline management.
• Strategic thinker with ability to build and maintain proactive talent pipelines.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
