• Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC. Build multi-channel sourcing strategies
• APAC Pipeline Building: Develop deep talent maps across hubs like Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland
• Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Produce competitor maps, talent availability reports, and
• Candidate Engagement & Conversion: Write engaging outreach, own candidate experience from first
• Pipeline Ownership & Nurture: Build evergreen pipelines and talent communities for recurring
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams across time

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing with a track record of building
• Hands-on APAC sourcing experience; worked in major APAC markets and understand platforms, candidate
• Experience recruiting across multiple regions/time zones (US, LATAM, APAC).
• Advanced sourcing toolkit: Boolean, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, portfolio platforms
• Strong written outreach skills with high response rates; ability to personalize at scale.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing CRMs; disciplined in data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
