📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and global leaders to understand workforce
• Forecast talent requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Source, pipeline, screen, and assess candidates with specialized skills.
• Conduct structured interviews using behavioral questions and assessments.
• Establish recruitment timelines and expectations with hiring managers for efficient processes.
• Manage candidates throughout the lifecycle using ATS and recruitment tech.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in global recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in tech/recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of modern recruitment methodologies, sourcing, interviewing, and assessment.
• Experience recruiting across international markets, especially EMEA and APAC.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software; UKG and Greenhouse experience is an advantage.
