🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree from reputable local or international university.
Minimum 2 years Talent Acquisition experience.
1 year in mass/high-volume recruitment (sales/ops) preferred.
Experience hiring non-salaried roles (commission-based) in real estate/insurance/automotive/MLM.
Proven ability to manage large hiring volumes and meet targets under tight timelines.
Familiar with sourcing channels, platforms, and ATS; Bahasa Indonesia; basic English.
