Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in HR or Recruitment, ideally Crypto/FinTech.
Regional Exposure: Recruiting across multiple markets (HK, SG, or global remote).
Technical Savvy: Understanding of the decentralized exchange landscape and talent needs.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities.
Language: Fluency in English is essential.
