• Lead and deliver the strategic Talent Science project roadmap with strong project management and
• Design and implement solutions to complex hiring problems to hire exceptional talent.
• Ensure all talent initiatives map to high performance outcomes and career frameworks.
• Create professional processes and frameworks for efficient delivery of our agenda.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow analytical capabilities and thought leadership, including
• Represent the team to leadership and communicate Canonical’s vision for talent uptake.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record with undergraduate degree in psychology or related field.
• Track record of team leadership in talent function within technology or consulting, with strong
• Deep understanding of talent selection with a penchant for automation and product-driven efficiency.
• Advanced analytical ability with SQL, Python and/or statistical analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Ability to travel internationally 2-4 times a year for company events.
