🎯 Requirements

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in SaaS/tech, with cybersecurity/data security hiring experience
Experience hiring software engineers, QA, tech support, and product managers
Experience managing external recruiting agencies or RPOs
Hands-on people operations/HR experience (onboarding, employee relations, office mgmt)
Strong communication across time zones in a distributed team
Proactive, independent, fast-moving with process-building ability
