• Deliver or support webinars, workshops, and group coaching sessions.
• Assess coaching requests, prioritize cases, and select approaches using guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-education qualification.
• 3+ years in performance management, coaching, talent development, or HR.
• Experience with technical professionals is a plus.
• Excellent customer-centric communication across video, email, Slack.
• Ability to give sensitive feedback objectively and guide actionable change.
• Strong action-oriented coaching style, synthesizing feedback into plans.
