🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in performance management, coaching, talent development, or HR.
• Experience with technical professionals is a strong advantage.
• Excellent customer-centric communication across video, email, Slack, etc.
• Ability to give sensitive feedback and guide actionable development.
• Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable in distributed/remote work.
