🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-education qualification.
• 3+ years in performance management, coaching, talent development, or HR business partner roles.
• Experience with technical professionals is a plus (developers, designers, PMs).
• Excellent customer-centric communication across video, email, Slack, and other channels.
• Ability to give sensitive feedback objectively and guide actionable development steps.
• Strong coaching style with data-informed development plans.
