🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-education qualification.
• 3+ years in performance management, coaching, talent development, or HR business partner roles.
• Experience with technical professionals is a strong advantage.
• Excellent customer-centric communication across video, email, Slack, etc.
• Ability to give sensitive feedback and guide actionable development plans.
• Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable in a remote environment; fluent English required.
