📋 Description

• Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to professionals on project management, communication
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address performance issues with clear objectives and

• Review interview recordings to verify standards and provide guidance for improvements.
• Deliver or support live webinars, workshops, and group coaching to prevent challenges.
• Assess coaching requests, prioritize cases, and choose coaching approaches based on data and needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-education qualification.
• 3+ years in performance management, professional coaching, talent development, or HR business
• Experience with technical professionals is a strong advantage (developers, designers, PMs).
• Excellent customer-centric communication across video calls, email, Slack, and other channels.
• Ability to conduct sensitive feedback and performance conversations objectively with actionable
• Strong action-oriented coaching style with synthesis of feedback into practical development plans.
