🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years in performance management, coaching, talent development, or HR roles.
• Experience with technical professionals is a strong advantage.
• Excellent customer-centric communication across video, email, Slack, and other channels.
• Ability to give sensitive feedback objectively and guide actionable development.
• Self-motivated, independent worker in a distributed/remote environment.
