🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, marketing, business, or HR with 2+ years experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Ability to engage individuals and motivate; experience with barriers to employment.
• Networking with community human service agencies; knowledge of job search strategies.
• Adaptable, deadline-driven, team-oriented; customer service focused.
• Willing to travel and work first shift; overtime if required.
