• Deliver full service sourcing for market/functional roles across North America.
• Develop candidate pipelines and talent intelligence to support hiring managers.
• Conduct proactive sourcing via social media, networks, and databases.
• Provide market insights and talent demographics to business leaders.
• Create talent lists and maintain candidate pools for current/future roles.
• Host early Talent Engagement webinars and participate in market/job fairs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 6+ months of recruiting or sourcing experience (in-house or RPO).
• Boolean search and internet sourcing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for events; hybrid in-office after training.
• Professional content delivery and strong relationship building with leaders.
