🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in people analytics, talent intelligence, or recruiting analytics
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Experience building dashboards in Hex, Looker, or Tableau
Genuine interest in the AI talent market and Mercor competitiveness
Ability to translate data into clear narrative and recommendations
Strong communication; confident presenting to recruiters and leadership
