• Lead intro & evaluation calls with candidates to assess fit against client requirements.
• Research client roles upfront to guide discussions and candidate guidance.

• Own candidate communication from start to handoff to Account Managers.
• Leverage recruiting/operational tools to deliver accurate reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience; early career/fresh graduates encouraged.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to lead calls professionally.
• Fast learner, research-minded, able to grasp job descriptions quickly.
• Coachable and action-oriented; comfortable with daily operational goals.
• Bonus: experience with Airtable/Slack or strong interest in startup hiring.
