• Experience in Talent functions.
• Strong PM and org skills; multi-team coordination.
• Onboard and master Talent tech stack; dashboards; Ashby a plus.
• Technical ability to code or vibe-code solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional leaders.
• Process-driven; automates workflows. Nice to have Ashby ATS.
