📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, or People Operations.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems (Ashby experience highly preferred).
  • High attention to detail, you care deeply about data integrity and process quality.
  • Experience managing compliance, immigration, or audit processes is a strong plus.
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
