Talent Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Role based in Poland, reporting to Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Manage interview scheduling for high-volume interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle systems administration for the ATS (Greenhouse) and TA tools.
• Generate reports and dashboards to analyze recruiting data and drive decisions.
• Conduct background checks and manage invoice payments for recruitment activities.
• Provide training and support for TA system users and maintain data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Coordination, or equivalent.
• College degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and data reporting; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with professional networks (LinkedIn) and Google Workspace.
• Confidentiality and ability to handle high-volume, detail-oriented work.
