• Develop recruitment strategies for Talent Attraction
• Manage full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
• Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions by partnering with hiring managers
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing for passive and active candidates
• Ensure data integrity and support talent reporting via ATS
• Be AI champion - using it to drive process maturity and provide insights

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in sourcing Engineering Talent in Slovakian market
• Internal Talent experience isn't essential
• Pro-active mindset
• Willing to operate autonomously and as part of a team
