📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for KIPP Texas portfolio of schools/departments.
• Implement multi-channel recruitment campaigns and regional sourcing to attract diverse talent.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers on staffing needs and selection logistics.
• Host job fairs and engagement events to build pipelines and represent KIPP Texas.
• Maintain ATS records and provide data-driven insights on hiring needs and priorities.
• Champion a culture of belonging and high-performance across the Talent Division.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or Associate's with 3+ years in talent recruitment.
• Minimum 2 years in talent recruitment or talent management, preferably in public K-12 education.
• Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Salesforce, SmartRecruiters, Lever) and MS Office/Google apps.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
