Drive metrics: time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and candidate experience.
Represent KIPP Texas at career events and manage ATS records.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Associate's with 3 years in talent recruitment or related field.
Minimum 2 years in recruitment/education environment preferred.
Experience with ATS software (e.g., SmartRecruiters) preferred.
MS Office and Google apps proficiency.
