🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in celebrity relations, PR, talent management, or related field.
• Proven track record of celebrity/influencer strategies with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of entertainment, media, influencer ecosystems.
• Established relationships with celebrities, creators, publicists, agents, managers.
• Strong negotiation and risk management skills with high-profile relationships.
• Strategic thinking translating objectives into plans and ROI.
