Talent Researcher (GTM)

📋 Description

• Drive top-of-funnel sourcing for GTM roles (e.g., Account Executives, ADRs) across EMEA & APAC.
• Partner with recruiters and leaders to align sourcing with role requirements and culture.
• Map talent across target companies and engage passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach, screening, and assessment to ensure role fit and team dynamics.
• Collaborate with recruiters to manage candidate flow and maintain timely movement through hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong experience sourcing for GTM roles (AEs, ADRs, etc.).
• Expertise with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, Gem
• Highly proficient in using AI tools/agents to map and identify hard-to-find talent.
• Excellent understanding of the tech talent landscape, market trends, and competitor hiring
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with recruiters and hiring managers.
