• Experience creating sourcing strategy for multiple roles and locations.
• Passion for identifying and engaging exceptional candidates with creativity.
• Solid understanding of the IT market or other highly skilled industries.
• Strong networks and databases sourcing approach.
• Fluent in English with candidates and internal teams.
• Experience in global or international environments, esp European markets.
• Experience with diversity sourcing programs.
• Thrive in a collaborative, innovative team.
