Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of global sales talent (AEs, AMs, SDRs and leadership)
Execute targeted sourcing strategies across competitor mapping, outbound engagement, and talent
Partner with TA Partners to ensure pipeline coverage aligns to hiring demand across regions
Drive top-of-funnel activity through structured sourcing sprints and outbound campaigns
Apply strong qualification discipline to ensure candidates meet the bar for role, market, and
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and pipeline hygiene across LinkedIn and ATS

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 5 years proven experience sourcing in Sales / GTM roles
Track record building pipelines across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, APJ)
Strong understanding of where and how to find high-performing sales talent
Highly proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable operating at pace
Able to operate with ownership in a global, high-demand hiring environment
