Build talent pipelines for technical roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategy
Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other
Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications
Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share data points with recruiters and teams
Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture to prospective candidates

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+
1+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles
Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
