• Lead communications and stakeholder engagement for Talent Strategy initiatives.
• Support program coordination across Learning, Career Experience, and Organizational Effectiveness
• Manage LMS activities, reporting, and resource maintenance.
• Drive learning impact with KPIs and data-driven insights in collaboration with HR data teams.
• Oversee project milestones, status updates, and onboarding/employee development programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 2+ years in operations, event planning, or learning program management.
• Strong organization, multi-project handling, and customer service.
• Proficiency with Excel, Asana, and Zoom; analytics experience required.
• Experience using data to guide strategy and decision making.
• Budget and project management experience.
