Target2 Process Owner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end operational setup for direct TARGET2 participation
• Establish payment ops processes for SCT/SCT Inst recalls, inquiries, investigations, refunds, and
• Own SWIFT enquiry processes incl MT199/MT999 and ISO 20022 flows (pacs, camt, pain)
• Define/operate RTGS payment processes including monitoring and exception handling
• Operate/maintain T2 GUI and U2A/A2A capabilities as senior authorized user
• Maintain TARGET infrastructure data, routing, accounts, users, and controls

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in payment operations within bank/EMI/PSP or similar
• Hands-on with SEPA schemes (SCT/SCT Inst) and TARGET Services (T2/RTGS, TIPS)
• Strong knowledge of payment investigations, recalls, returns, and escalation workflows
• Working knowledge of SWIFT/ISO 20022 messaging (MT199, MT999, pacs, camt, pain)
• Experience with interfaces/tools like T2 GUI, CRDM, reconciliation, liquidity monitoring, U2A/A2A
• Proven ability to design/dokument/implement ops processes with SOPs and four-eyes controls
