Target2 Process Owner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end operational setup for direct TARGET2 participation.
• Establish payment ops processes for SCT and SCT Inst recalls, inquiries, investigations, and more.
• Manage incoming/outgoing SWIFT enquiries, MT199/MT999, ISO 20022 messaging (pacs, camt, pain).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in payment operations in banking/EMI/PSP.
• Hands-on with SEPA SCT/SCT Inst and TARGET Services (T2/RTGS, TIPS).
• Knowledge of SWIFT/ISO20022 messaging; MT199, MT999, pacs, camt, pain.
• Experience with T2 GUI, CRDM, reconciliation, liquidity-monitoring tools, U2A/A2A actions.
• Ability to design, document, implement SOPs, controls, escalation, audit evidence.
• Coordinate with regulators, central banks, scheme operators, banks.
