Target2 Process Owner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end setup for direct TARGET2 participation
• Establish payment ops for SCT/SCT Inst recalls, etc.
• Oversee incoming/outgoing SWIFT, MT199/MT999, ISO 20022
• Define RTGS payment processes and monitoring
• Operate T2 GUI and U2A/A2A for tracking
• Maintain TARGET infrastructure data and controls

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in payment ops in banking/PSP/EMI
• Hands-on SEPA SCT/SCT Inst, T2/RTGS, TIPS
• Experience with payment investigations and exception workflows
• Knowledge of SWIFT/ISO 20022 (MT199, MT999, pacs, camt, pain)
• Experience with T2 GUI, CRDM, reconciliation, liquidity tools
• Ability to document SOPs, controls, and audit-ready evidence
