Target2 Process Owner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end operational setup for direct TARGET2 participation
• Establish and maintain payment ops processes for SCT, SCT Inst, recalls, inquiries
• Oversee SWIFT MT199/MT999 and ISO 20022 flows (pacs, camt, pain)
• Define/operate RTGS payment processes, monitoring, exceptions, returns, liquidity
• Manage T2 GUI and U2A/A2A for payment tracking and liquidity visibility
• Maintain TARGET infra data, BICs, routing, accounts, users, controls

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of payment operations in banking/EMI/PSP
• Hands-on SEPA SCT/SCT Inst, TARGET services (T2/RTGS/TIPS)
• Experience in payment investigations, recalls, returns, refunds, escalation
• Working knowledge of SWIFT and ISO 20022 messaging (MT199, MT999, pacs, camt, pain)
• Experience operating financial infra interfaces/tools (T2 GUI, CRDM, reconciliation, liquidity
• Ability to design/document operational processes with SOPs, controls, audits
