Target2 Process Owner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end operational setup for direct TARGET2 participation: process design, documentation
• Establish and maintain payment operations for SCT/SCT Inst recalls, inquiries, investigations
• Own incoming/outgoing SWIFT inquiries (MT199/MT999) and ISO 20022 messaging (pacs, camt, pain).
• Define and operate incoming RTGS payment processes: monitoring, unmatched items, exception
• Operate and maintain T2 GUI and U2A/A2A for payment tracking, liquidity visibility, and
• Maintain TARGET infrastructure data, BICs, routing, accounts, users, roles, certificates, and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in payment operations within bank/EMI/PSP or similar financial services.
• Hands-on SEPA SCT/SCT Inst experience; TARGET services (T2/RTGS/TIPS).
• Strong knowledge of payment investigations, recalls, returns, refunds, and exception workflows.
• Working knowledge of SWIFT/ISO20022 messaging (MT199, MT999, pacs, camt, pain).
• Experience operating financial infra interfaces/tools (T2 GUI, CRDM, reconciliation, liquidity
• Ability to design/document implement operational processes with SOPs, four-eyes controls
