Target2 Process Owner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end operational setup for direct TARGET2 participation
• Establish payment ops processes for SCT and SCT Inst recalls, inquiries, investigations
• Manage SWIFT messages MT199/MT999 and ISO 20022 flows (pacs, camt, pain)
• Define processes for incoming RTGS payments; monitor, exception handling
• Operate T2 GUI and U2A/A2A for payment tracking and liquidity visibility
• Maintain TARGET infra: CRDM data, BICs, routing, users, certs, controls

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in payment ops within bank/EMI/PSP
• Hands-on with SEPA SCT/SCT Inst and TARGET Services (T2/RTGS/TIPS)
• Strong knowledge of payments workflows (investigations, recalls, returns, refunds)
• Working knowledge of SWIFT and ISO20022 (MT199, MT999, pacs, camt, pain)
• Experience with T2 GUI, CRDM, reconciliation, liquidity monitoring
• Ability to design SOPs, four-eyes controls, escalation, audit evidence
