Tariff PCO Specialist

📋 Description

• Remote, fully remote role supporting end-to-end tariff recovery for imported project materials.
• Responsibilities include locating and processing Customs Entry Summaries, tracking duties
• Collaborate with PMs, Sales, Accounting, and shipping vendors to resolve complex, multi-variable
• Prepare PCO Excel/PDF files, apply sales tax by jurisdiction, and verify billing eligibility before
• Maintain meticulous data tracking and rigorous file/folder management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project cost recovery.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, lookups, multi-column data, formulas).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
• Familiarity with PDF editing tools.
• Ability to interpret customs/import documentation (Entry Summaries, HTSUS codes, duty rates).
• Excellent organizational skills and disciplined file management.
• Effective communication to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
