Task & Process Mining Analyst - Healthcare Claims

📋 Description

• Analyze healthcare claims workflows using process/task mining.
• Deploy/configure process mining to analyze event-log data.
• Capture desktop interactions across claims processes via task mining.
• Identify bottlenecks, rework, and compliance gaps for automation.
• Build dashboards and models to monitor processes continuously.
• Translate findings into automation opportunities with ROI projections.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business or process analysis; at least 2 years in healthcare claims ops.
• Hands-on with UiPath Process Mining and/or Task Mining, or Celonis, Minit, Fluxicon Disco.
• Strong understanding of healthcare claims lifecycle: EDI 837/835, eligibility, prior auth
• Experience with healthcare claims platforms like Epic, Facets, TriZetto, Availity, or Change
• Process mapping tools: Visio or Lucidchart.
• Analytical skills to develop ROI models and business cases.
