Lead analyst development and delivery quality for EEMEA and India client service teams.
Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
Oversee coaching, training, and performance of analysts/associates.
Collaborate across Client Services, Tabulation, BASES Product Support, and other teams.
Maintain documentation and risk/issue management throughout projects.

🎯 Requirements

Postgraduate degree in Marketing or related field.
2–3 years in market research/analytics; BASES experience preferred.
Proven track record coaching teams with structured feedback.
Strong market research methods knowledge.
Advanced MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent English written and verbal skills.
